Napper founded Principia after 10 years of angel investing while building One House, a media and creator services company reaching 100m+ audience globally and generating $40m+ in gross revenue.

While breaking talent globally and building partnerships with Google, Apple, Nike, F1, Spotify, BMW and more, Napper became an early investor in Anthropic, xAI, Groq, Jenni AI, and Praktika.

He holds a First Class degree from Cambridge University and graduated with the top dissertation in the year exploring the mathematics and philosophy of how we describe space and landscape. Published in The Cambridge Quarterly.
